Evington Grey is the trading name of a sole tradership 個人事業者 based in Japan offering services that specialises in "System Auditing and Project Management", Market data Services and Advisory on the Japan marketplace. In short we facilitate corporate governance, provide project management services bases on the "Project Management Institutes" PMI framework and as a Japan market advisory. Attention is based on the two Rs Risk and Revenue. Most companies are correctly focusing attention on risk assesment and reponse. We are aiming to enhance the importance of system auditing by improving Revenue. The company is founded on three pillars :- System auditing, Project management and IT system consulting. Eigobar.com is a web system designed and developed by evingtongrey. The system is designed to help develop listening comprehension in language students using short media film clips. The web system utilizes an engine built using PERL and MySQL. Membership maintenance, online payments, user tracking, log file analysis are some of the services built into the web system. Evington Grey was founded in Tokyo, Japan 2007. It is a sole tradership in that it is run by the founder Graham Street. Over the last two years projects have been carried out in areas including System auditing, Voice technology feasibility study, market data vendor feed establishment, security process

Does the company follow any internation frameworks ? The services are based on two founding framework drawing from the System auditing arena and the project manaamenet arena. The Project Management Insitutes PMBOK is the foundation of the project management side. The founder is a PMP (Project Management Professional" The System auditing side draws from the ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association)

So the company provide Project management and System auditing services ? Yes, this are the fundamental foundations of the company. By following these principles outlined in the ISACA and PMI framework then a variety of assignments can be undertaken. A client can rest assured that the issue is being tackled in a methodical and auditable way.

The company does have three specialties. The first is in market data in two areas. One area is in market data usage, quality assesment and compliance.The second area is based around the systems and application used to distribute the data around the organisation. For example the Reuters RMDS (TRIARCH) . The third area is in data compliance and auditing.
